BECOME AN APPRENTICE HOST TRAINER

Host Trainers have these special qualities of an ability to train and provide a qualified supervision for apprentices within a safe work environment.  A host trainer provides on-the-job training for the apprentice and contributes to the workplace assessment of the apprentice.  Host trainers take pride in seeing their apprentices grow and become skilled when they are under their care.

Being a host trainer gives you the benefit of employing apprentices through MPGTC. MPGTC, RTO 90464, recruit’s apprentices that are suitable for placement with host trainers.  

Before placing an apprentice with you, we will have a discussion on your requirements and the apprentices that you need.  When a suitable apprentice has been identified, we organise a meeting between you and the apprentice.  

MPGTC provides ongoing support to host trainers and apprentices and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the course of the apprenticeship. MPGTC monitors, captures any issues before they become a problem and takes the necessary steps to resolve and provide satisfactory outcome for all parties. MPGTC also takes care of all wages, on costs and employment records, which leaves you free to run and grow your business.
